How to Identify Different Types of Fur Coats
People love fur coats for many different reasons. Fur coats are not only timeless and classic fashion must-haves, but they are also extremely versatile, durable, and practical. However, if the tag is missing, the coloring, patterning, and texture can give you some indication of the fur type used. Here's a comprehensive list that might help you identify an unknown fur:
1. Mink has a luxurious look with soft and shiny fur. Mink fur coats are one of the most popular types of fur.
2. Fox fur coats are usually used for trim in collars, cuffs, wraps, and capes. Fox fur is also another one of the most popular types of fur.
3. Chinchilla is very thick, yet soft fur and is a gray to slate-blue color.

Why is my kitten's white fur turning brown?
She is gray with white points and some undefined white stripes. Lately the white fur on her body has been turning brown. Not the whole hair though, only the upper half of the hairs are brown. It seems discolored. She has ringworm and the vet has me bathing her with anti-fungal shampoo every 3 days, but would that stain her fur? Help!
if the shampoo is off-colour then it may be doing this talk to your vet to check though, if she is only young she may just be changing colour
