You could probably just get a cap(you might want to get an opaque one, not a mesh one) that they use for wigs and put it over your head. Costume makeup could be used to create a seamless transition between your face and the cap. The head of the "doll" kinda looks textured, like cloth, almost like cheese cloth, so you could get some of that and sew or glue it to the cap like patches. I'm assuming you also want the petticoat type dress too.
