Rest is another great asset when bodybuilding and trying to stay fit. For someone who workouts all of the time and doesn't get the necessary rest can really harm your body on the long term and will have a great effect on your overall health. Try sitting down and organizing a rest time to fit your physical schedule in the day. If you are a sports figure or you workout daily then you'll need more rest than the typical person who isn't as physically occupied daily as you are.

What sport is my body built for?
im 16 5'4 105lbs
i have long thin arms and legs and a short torso
i build muscle easily
and i put on or take off weight at a steady rate
Im not involved in any sports and was wondering what i would naturally be better at so i atleast have a place to start. Any suggestions would be lovely
High School Wrestling the weight class that you would fall in would either be 103lbs or 112lbs so you would either have to lose weight or gain depending on which weight class you want to wrestle in. And like the other two said swimming but you could always do both since wrestling is a winter sport and swimming is a spring sport so right after wrestling season is over you can go right into swimming.
