Moon Festival – A Festival of Legendry Brilliance

The Chinese Moon Festival also known as the mid-Autumn Festival is a celebration carried out by the traditional Chinese people that celebrate its harvest grounds and worship the moon. The festival that comes alive only during the 15th day of the eighth month of September or October according to the Chinese calendar is a spectacle to fathom.

The Moon Festival also known as the Mooncake Festival or the Lantern Festival involves more than just Chinese devotees; the Koreans, Vietnamese and the Japanese celebrate this festival in their own ways. The festival has its pilgrims in the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia as well.

Being one of the most important events in Chinese culture this celebration is more than just a festival to its people, it's a celebration of offerings to the moon on that clear night.
