What do you paint them with...I mean, is it like a reborn doll and you use oils or heat paints? Do you put the paint on before or after you put the clay baby in the oven?

You paint them AFTER you put them in the oven. GENISIS PAINT!!! There is a GREAT tutorial of someone painting an OOAK baby with that paint on Utube.
