GI Joe Costume - The Perfect Halloween Outfit
If you have kids who are into the make-believe world of ninja warriors and would like dressing up like one of the finest characters that's been around way before the modern super heroes like wolverine and such, GI Joe costumes will surely make their day.

Ladies and fellas! What kind of signals to red nails & red lips with a modest black outfit give out?
Holy cow! I'm not a whore, and I NEVER get touchy feely with guys and I never dress provocatively 
If the nails arent to long and with the right shade of red(dark) and a nice classy black dress and light shade red lipstick you can look rather posh and classy.
Dont wear jewerly with it,just some simple black earings and really elegant looking high heels in black.
You will look fantastic.
If the dress or outfit is short sleeve wear your hair down straight or slightly wavy,if its long sleeve a really nice up-do with strands down or very straight hair will look perfect .
ps:with red lips hair should be in a tight pony tail.
